GRANDE BRETAGNE", containing KGV ½d - 1/- (½d and 1½d Block Cypher, others Royal Cypher), Bradbury Wilkinson 2/6 - 10/-, 1924 Wembley 1d and 1½d, all mounted with hinges. The 5/- creased, otherwise superb and very scarce, presented to delegates at the U.P.U Congress.
