Our auction starts at 10am with two or three breaks during
NOT ALL ITEMS WILL SHIP! We are not prepared to pack and post large amounts of glass, ceramics or artwork. You are more than welcome to organise your own pack and post service or couriers for these items.
Our terms for payment and collection are within three days from the end of the sale. Storage charges of £1 per lot, per day will be incurred on items picked up outside of this timeframe.
Collection Times:
Small amounts of won lots can be collected during the sale, up until 5pm.
Other opening hours:
Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
Thursday - 9am to 5pm
Friday - 9am to 1pm
Collections later than the Friday immediately after the sale will need to be organised as it is a late collection and may have a storage/release fee applied.
Any requests for shipping need to be done through easyliveAuction.com ONLY. You'll see the 'Request Shipping' prompt when viewing your invoice. We WILL NOT accept requests by phone or email, only the easyliveAuction.com request shipping function. Please speak to us before bidding if you are buying in bulk with breakable items or buying from overseas. We will only ship a small amount of items overseas.
We only use Royal Mail and FedEx for our parcels.
We will not ship items with large glazing, such as glazed art. Royal Mail do not cover glazing within their insurance. You are more than welcome to organise your own courier AND packaging service. We will not package it.
Please expect a shipment to leave the auction house anything up to seven days from receipt of payment.
