A VERY RARE DINOSAUR FEATHER FOSSIL IN BURMESE AMBER,
An extremely scarce complete feather in dinosaur-aged amber. Found in the Cretaceous deposits circa 99 million years old in the amber mines in Kachin, Myanmar.This was a time when feathered dinosaurs outnumbered avians. The specimen shows a very clear view of the feathers vanes.
