Victorian tortoiseshell dip pen with gilt metal floral inlay and citrine end, 15.5cm long
There is light wear from being held, there are small nibbles to both ends of the tortoiseshell. There is a 0.5cm x 0.3cm chip to the tortoiseshell in the middle of the pen. The gold pique is in good condition.
