This selection of approx. 144 x 8.5" x 6.5", black and white prints., focuses on infrastructure on the ex Great Central main line in the East Midlands region. Note some of the prints have been removed from an album and have glue and paper residue on the reverse. The prints are from various sources, including: Leicester Museums, T. Boustead, R.F. Hartley and others. As well as the GCR photographs there are 23 "Official" London Transport prints featuring trains on the Chesham Branch in Bucks. Most of the prints are not captioned.
