CONDITIONS OF SALE
The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. Should any dispute arise, Yorkshire Stamp Auctions reserves the right to settle the dispute, re-offer the lot for sale or withdraw it from the auction.
Yorkshire Stamp Auctions shall control the bidding, and no bid may be retracted. Yorkshire Stamp Auctions reserves the right to refuse any bid at its absolute discretion.
Yorkshire Stamp Auctions reserves the right to bid on behalf of any vendor for any lot and to withdraw, consolidate or divide any lot or lots.
Vendors are not permitted to bid on their own property.
Each lot shall be at the purchaser's sole risk from the fall of the hammer and shall be sold with any faults and imperfections.
The purchaser is deemed to have inspected the lots and satisfied themselves as to their condition.
All goods are sold with all faults, imperfections and errors of description. Purchasers are strongly advised to view the lots prior to bidding.
Yorkshire Stamp Auctions accepts no responsibility for any faults, defects, imperfections or perceived lack of condition or quality.
Any illustrations are provided for identification purposes only.

Yorkshire Stamp Auctions accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or personal injury sustained during public viewing or whilst attending an auction.
Purchasers are requested to register before bidding and to bid using their allocated bidder number.
