Established in 1895, we have a long history of auctioneering including Fine Art, Furniture and Chattels; Farm Machinery and Implements; and all other Household and Business Effects and hold our auctions either in local village halls or on site and teaming up with Easy Live Auctions will enable this long tradition to continue to the benefit of a larger base of buyers and sellers.

We would be pleased to appraise goods by appointment and please contact Charles A Clegg FRICS FAAV on 01430 432211 or for an appointment.

We can offer complete or part house clearances and will sell items of value. The sale items are stored FREE OF CHARGE in our furniture store prior to the auction. The cost of haulage is chargeable, but there are no upfront charges and our sales commission and the haulage costs are deducted from the ultimate sale proceeds.

We are Members of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and our Auctioneers are experienced in running on site auctions.

If you are retiring from farming or restructuring any business and have a range of goods to sell, please contact us and we would be pleased to visit you and appraise your goods and explain what we can do for you.
