Morley Auctioneers & Valuers is one of the best known auction houses in the Morley area of Leeds, and our fortnightly auctions are always well attended. A huge selection of items are available and you can get an idea of what's coming up for auction by checking back to this page regularly. Lots can be viewed for 3 days prior to auction at Unit 1, Alexandra Mills, Baker Street in Leeds.

Our auctions take place every other Saturday between 1pm and 5pm, with viewing days on the preceding Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The auctions feature a wide range of antique and collectable items including furniture, toys, games, sports memorabilia, jewellery, coins and militaria as well as vintage bikes and cars. The auctions regularly attract 80 attendees and there is a cafe on site so you can relax while you wait for your lot to come up.

All items that appear in the auction are described to the best of our knowledge, any item that has any damage or otherwise has been listed in the condition report. Vendors that submit lots for the auction are responsible there own condition reports, as well as the authenticity of the item. Morley Auctioneers will endeavour to authenticate each lot that passes through the auction. All items brought at the auction are brought as seen and described by the auctioneer. The buyer of any lot will be suject to an auction house commission fee of 18% + 20% VAT of the commission total. ie if a lot sells for £100 under the hammer, the buyer will need to pay a total of £121.60. A sellers fee of 15% is applicable on the hammer price + VAT where applicable. Buyers are requested to pay by direct bank transfer, over the phone or in person when collecting the items. All goods brought at the auction must be paid for within three days of the end of the sale. Failure to adhere to this could result in the buyer losing the lots won at the auction, as well as being blacklisted for future auctions. No cheques will be acepted or credit cards.
Should the buyer require our shipping/delivery service, this can be arranged. There will be a 10% packing and handling charge to each consignment. Clients are requested to contact the auction house post sale for a shipping/delivery quote. Alternatively buyers can of course make there own collection arrangements. All goods will need to be collect within three working days from the end of the sale. Failure to collect within this period could result in additional storage charges.
