1893 Rugby Print, US Version of a Scotland v England 1887 Original: Great chance to obtain a print of a much-storied old picture, the original oil having been lost after successful Paris display. The original is of the 1886 0-0 draw, and was then followed by an American version of 1893 which changed the Scottish flag on the pavilion to the Stars and Stripes! This is a 17.5” x 12.5” print from a lithograph, The Scottish Rugby Union have a lithograph from the original and the World Rugby Museum a very skilful full-size copy from more recent years.
