A set of 9 Harmsworth 1920's Universal Encyclopaedias, edited by J.A. Hammerton. All volumes are bound in red cloth with embossed name and details to spines. Volumes 1-4 monogrammed with gilt initials to front "L.P.F". With 20,000 colour and black & white illustrations throughout the volumes.
Spine has come away from interior pages in volumes 8 and 9, some pages and maps are loose.
