An extremely rare and unusual Victorian novelty cast silver scent atomiser in the form of an excited terrier dog, William Leuchars, London, 1880, the dog sitting up on his haunches in an appealing begging pose, amber / red glass eyes, textured fur decoration, circular screw-off base, engraved "LEUCHARS & SONS", the head having a button at the back, which when depressed repeatedly, sprays scent, most imaginatively through the act of micturation (or peeing), 6.8cm. high.
