General condition of this banjo is very good but we believe that the neck is not original as all Vega 'Style M' banjos were short tenor - four string banjos, the serial number 62850 is stamped on the perch pole and also on the inside of the banjo rim, confirmation can be given that the tone ring is present, see images for guidance, personal viewing always advised where possible
