A Victorian silver punch bowl, London 1890, having gadrooned decoration and standing on a spread foot, 27cm diameter, 961g, engraved presentation to inner foot rim 'F Sims Williams from J Gorell Barnes 1st August 1889, (probably John Gorell Barnes, 1st Baron Gorell) who was a British lawyer and Judge.
