A group of Nailsea glass vessels, late 18th-19th centuries, comprising:ÿa bottle-shape jug, dark olive green with white inclusions, the pinched body tapering to a slender neck, 13.5cm high;ÿfour flasks, two clear glass with trailing white stripes, one of opaque white glass with blue and pink trailing, and a smaller example with white latticino and aventurine stripes, the largest 22cm long, the smallest 13cm long; andÿa 'seahorse' scent bottle in green with white stripe, 7cm long (6)

Provenance: Private UK Collection, assembled until c.1955 and thence by family descent.ÿ

The jug: vessel is intact, expected wear to foot, some minor inclusions from the time of manufacture, otherwise in good condition.ÿ
The clear glass with white trailing stripes: vessels are intact, moderate surface scratches and surface dirt present to both.ÿ
The opaque multi-coloured: vessel is intact, surface scratches and dirt present throughout.ÿ
The white and aventurine: vessel is intact and in good condition with a few light scratches and very small inclusions.
The seahorse: vessel is intact, minor losses to the ridged back and tail, some surface dirt and scratches present.ÿÿ
