A Large Antique Essex Crystal Intaglio Brooch in yellow gold, set with a carved essex crystal intaglio reverse carved and painted, depicting a horse and jockey, in an intricate wirework and granular gold border, with a glazed locket compartment to the reverse. Unmarked, tests indicate 15 carat gold.
