A group of Georgian and later drinking glasses, comprising: a large firing glass, c.1750, the drawn trumpet bowl on plain stem and flange foot, 10.7cm high; two small wine glasses with drawn trumpet bowls, one with teardrop stem and the other plain, 12cm and 12.4cm high; a small wine glass, the cup bowl on plain stem and slightly domed foot, 11cm high;ÿa small port glass, the cup bowl engraved with vine and leaf motif on a knopped stem, 9.5cm high; a port glass, the waisted bell bowl on a knopped stem, 10.3cm high; and two deceptive toastmasters' glasses, c.1830-40, with bucket bowls and knopped and cushioned stems, 9.9cm and 10.7cm high (8)
The engraved port glass with small nibbles and chips to the foot, the toastmasters glasses with small scratches underneath the bowls, all with light general scratches and minor inclusions to the glass.ÿ
