An antique early 20th century Indo-Persian metal Dhal shield with grip bar, the shield is decorated with 4 raised bosses and ornate repousse motifs including stylised faces and sitting characters, the reverse retains its original fixed metal grip bar which indicates its a display piece, a very well decorated piece measures 59cm in diameter
