A Japanese famille rose octagonal plate (Meiji period, 1868 - 1912), wavy rim, deep border of flora and fauna surrounding the centre panel enamelled with two figures in a cart being drawn by a deer, man and cranes by a bridge, two blue character marks to underside, width 36cm
A number of small nibbles to frilled rim, otherwise good condition.
