Framed voting paper for William Brown from 1870 for the City of Manchester, together with a Manchester Special Constable's truncheon dated 1914-19 and named William Brown, son of the above. P&P Group 1 -will be sent without frame - (£14+VAT for the first lot and £1+VAT for subsequent lots) Condition Report: Leather strap is missing,Some concern regarding name and date 1914 possibly re named with piece of glued paper but difficulty to be sure without damaging piece. Generally good used condition minor paint fading but no cracks or chips.
