scarlet, single breasted tunic.  Black velvet, high collar with yellow cord edging.  Black velvet cuffs with yellow cord edging and Austrian knot decoration.   Yellow cord shoulder straps.  Brass, KC Royal Engineer buttons.  Cream blanket part lining.  Remnants of paper issue label.
