1827 Pattern Naval officers sword with leather scabbard, belonged to William Godfrey Peck was a surgeon in the Royal Navy and served on HMS Raven, 4. Screw Gun-Boat, 2nd class. 40% ornately etched, light pitting and knicks to blade, ricasso marked Gieves & Sons (faded), under latch is marked W.G. Peck. R.N., minor peeling to grip, slightly loose wire, overall near extremely fine, includes copied crew lists and obituary. BUYER MUST COLLECT.
