WW2 RAF 'Lewis Leathers' Flying Helmet, 'AM' and 1940 stamped. A good unusual example of a Lewis leathers flying helemt in a dark brown black leather. Featuring frontal adjustment strap and chin strap. These example though features a nice 'AM' and crown and a 1940 date to th chamois leather lining. The large original lewis Leathers' branded tailors labael sits inside the upper crown. Good condition with age related wear.
