If in doubt, please request a 'Condition Report' prior to bidding.<br />No refunds are issued for scratched, damaged, or faulty items unless the item was explicitly described as working and is found not to be.<br /><br />FEES & VAT:<br />A 28% + VAT Buyer’s Premium applies to all lots.<br />20% VAT applies to most lots unless marked otherwise. To view VAT-exempt lots, use the ‘NO VAT’ category or check the ‘Additional Fees’ tab.<br /><br />VIEWING:<br />Viewing is available on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th April or by appointment only. Please contact Wayne Brough to arrange this: wayne@wellersauctions.com | 07966 437106.<br />You must be certain of what you're bidding on before placing a bid.<br /><br />CONDITION REPORTS:<br />We offer 'Condition Reports' upon request.<br />Submit your request via the lot page on our website by 7:00am on Thursday 30th April.<br />No request = you are bidding at your own risk as outlined in our 'Terms & Conditions'<br /><br />PAYMENT TERMS:<br />Invoices must be paid by 3:30pm the day after the sale.<br />Payments must be made via Bank Transfer using the link provided in your invoice email.<br />We do not accept cash or card payments at the reception desk.<br />Non-payment will result in a minimum 6-week ban and your lots being re-entered into a future auction. Storage fees may also apply.<br />COLLECTIONS:<br />No collections within 24 hours of payment.<br />Book your collection slot via the Wellers website in your account, or via your invoice email received post auction using our online appointment system.<br />Arrive on time for your booked slot – customers arriving without a slot will be turned away.<br />If you miss your slot without 24 hours’ notice, a £10 storage charge may be added by the auctioneers to your account.<br />You have up to 5 working days to collect your items. You may consolidate collections from multiple auctions within this timeframe.<br /><br />FAILURE TO COLLECT:<br />Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend your collection slot.<br />Failure to collect within 5 working days incurs a £25/day storage fee (max. 5 days).<br />After this period, uncollected items will be re-auctioned, and a 10% re-entry fee will be charged.<br />You will receive a refund minus all applicable fees.
