A Pair of Gothic Revival Architectural Wood Pew Frontals

More Information

A pair of architectural salvage pew frontals constructed of wood and finished with a medium reddish-brown varnish. The panels are executed in the Gothic Revival style, consistent with church furnishings such as pew ends or choir stall sections. Each rectangular panel features recessed vertical planking set within a perimeter frame. The terminal ends incorporate molded posts, one of which displays carved pointed arch or tracery details typical of the style. A black metal latch or hinge attachment is visible on the upper left corner of the left panel.
