1911-12 1c GREEN - THE ORIGINAL DIE - 400 SUBJECT PLATES - INSCRIPTION TYPE A1:Plates 1 & 2 a mint and used study inc mint plate 1 inscription blocks of six & four plus a single and a used strip of four. A group of retouches comprising plate 1 UL40, UR20, LL17, LL27, LL47, LR8, LR10 & LR18 & LR7 used on card to East Hill tied by "SOREL & SUTTON/M.C c.d.s. plus plate 2 retouches UL60 and UR8. Mostly fine. (5 covers & cards + 94 adhesives - eleven being mint).
