Later Lieut Col Sir A Leetham KCVO and CMG, Knight of Grace, Order of St John of Jerusalem. Society of Yorkshiremen in London, CEO of the United Service Institution for 24 Years, etc. Served West Norfolk Militia, 20th & 13th Hussars, Royal Monmouthshire. Private Secretary during the Boer War to Lord Raglan Under-Secretary for War, and during the European War he was a personal assistant at the War Office to Lord Kitchener.
