A large 19thC Austrian charger decorated in relief with two fighting griffins / dragons with a heraldic shield, surrounded by a border of flowers and foliage. Marked under with impressed marks, R. D. Z. (Rudolf Ditmar, Znaim - formerly Austria, now part of the Czech Republic) and 1857. Approx. 19 1/2'' diameter.
