A LATE 19TH CENTURY ARTS AND CRAFTS GERMAN SILVER MOUNTED GLASS CLARET JUG. An Arts and Crafts claret jug with silver mount by Lutz and Weiss of Germany. The acanthus leaf handle and spout attach to the decorative cut glass body in a triffid like manner. The lid is topped by a rococo style scallop shell finial. Circa 1890. Height 28cm x Diameter of base 12.5cm.
Generally good, some age and handling marks.
