A VERY GOOD QUALITY LOUIS XV STYLE ORMOLU MOUTED MARBLE TOPPED MARQUETRY INLAID CABINET, a beautifully designed & crafted Louis XV style piece, with high contrast woods of kingwood, rosewood, satinwood & others used throughout. The cabinet is of serpentine shape with canted front corners, topped with marble, decorated with floral bouquets all over and finished with ormolu mounts, the door opens to reveal shelving within, the sides with book-matched veneers. In over all very good condition, there is some ware commensurate with age. Dimensions: 79 x 97 x 43.5cm (W x H x D).
