A late 19c lantern clock with French Japy Freres movement. The brass case is of traditional form with an overhead bell surrounded by dolphin frets and having a dual chapter ring overhanging the brass box case. The two handled movement strikes on the overhead bell and has a lever platform escapement, 31cm tall overall.
The case is complete and undamaged but the brass is tarnished. the movement is complete but would benefit from a clean
