A 19th century Russian icon of St. Nicholas with 84 zlotnik oklad dated 1862, 30 x 26cm

Some wear from polishing to the oklad which at one time was mostly gilded, enamel title plaque broken, assay marked to the front, painted panel with discoloured varnish and broad craquelure. Loose outer frame.
