A VICTORIAN SILVER TAZZA

by Joseph Rodgers & Sons, Sheffield 1900, the circular reeded bowl chased with a band of flowerheads and C-scrolls, the twin openwork handles each centred by a flowerhead and on whiplash supports, raised on a beaded knopped stem issuing from a moulded circular foot chased with leaves. 11cm high, 24.5cm wide across the handles, 17 troy ounces



The marks are clear and well-struck. Numbered 3869 1/2 on the underside of the foot. No personalised engraving or sign of erasure. A good quality centrepiece in excellent condition.
