A mid-19th century coromandel jewellery box: mother of pearl and brass inlaid; the hinged lid with monogram to cartouche and opening to reveal compartmentalised removeable shelf and a pocket hidden behind the pleating inside the lid; the front of the case also elaborately inlaid (30.5 cm wide x 22.5 cm deep x 13.5 cm high)
Condition Report: Coromandel stringing missing to top right hand corner and edge and bottom right hand corner. Left hand side of the box slightly faded with water marks. Interior silk faded with distress to pull tabs and two lids missing.
