A late Victorian portrait of a lady, depicting a lady with a fine pearl hair pin, wearing a pastel coloured dress, identified in pencil underneath as Helen Mary Haywood, aged 30, by Mary Stern (?) dated 1894, painted on porcelain, togeher with another of a young child with blonde hair, likely her daughter, in matching gilt frames, within red velvet lined box frames, glazed. Outer frames, 25 x 21 cm.
