A pair of good quality antique Chinese lidded temple vases with a pretty design with overlaid enamel paint with a floral scene to both sides, looked to have had a good bit of age, showing wear on the feet, featuring foo dogs to the side and to the top of the lid with dragon head formed piece, featuring character marks to the inside of the lids (see photos). one vase has an old repair to the top rim, otherwise in good order. Height of 55cm, width 35cm. Gifted to the vendors family in 1905.
