Lewis, Hall Green with Admiralty transmittal slip for 4 medals. With silver and enamel HMS Raleigh sweetheart badge, this with white metal Hurricane fighter added hanging below on chain. With additional Defence Medal, 4 RAF cloth badges, RAF cap badge, WW1 French 75 medallion and WW1 Birmingham Peace medal.
