Movement - not functioning and requires repair.
Dial - surface marks and hairlines.
Glass - surface marks and scratches.
Hands - lacking hands.
Case - inner case with tarnishing, surface marks, replacement bow, some play in the movement hinge, outer case with heavy tarnishing, wear to the inside bezel edge.
