Admitted again with Septicaemia, from which he Died. Did not serve overseas. Born Crondall, Hants. Lot includes two 'Gresham's School, Holt, Norfolk' sports medals, engraved 'F.P.D.Spurrell 2nd Hurdle Race 120yds 1910' and another for '1909'
