** PRESTAMP COVERS TO G.B. - RED BOXED "MEERUT/Overland/[1-8]" OR "SURAT/Paid" MARKS; July 1851 E (faults but sealed with unusual "Answer quickly./R.S.V.P." printed wafer seal) to London charged "4/6" with v. fine red oval "INDIA" on the front but also having a mainly fine rare red boxed "MEERUT/Overland/[1-8]" on the reverse; plus small Oct. 1851 env. to Brixton "Via Southampton" with a fine red boxed "SURAT/Paid" mark and overstruck boxed "INDIA PAID".
