Sold with Regular Army certificate of service; A silver hallmarked ARP badge, possibly belonged to his father.
John Winter served in the Royal Scots and Gordon Highlanders during WW2. He was discharged on the 26th of January 1947. The next day he reenlisted at Newcastle Upon Tyne, joining the Royal Army Ordnance Corps as a driver.
He served until the 30th January 1950.
