A collection of 12 miniature dollhouse furniture and tableware items, attributed to Candy Design, Norway. The set is manufactured from molded resin or heavy plastic, designed to imitate carved wood, predominantly rendered in amber and medium brown tones suggesting a light wood grain. The style is suggestive of Nordic or Norwegian folk art. The collection includes one rustic faux-wood plank table, seven pieces of simulated wooden tableware (comprising one large round bowl, one large spoon, one highly stylized boat or Viking ship shaped bowl, one dark lidded tankard or mug banded with decorative relief, two small saucers, and one small circular cover), and four flower-shaped coasters or trivets resting beneath the table. The underside of the large round bowl features a partially adhered sticker stamped with the text Candy Design, Copyright, and NORWAY, along with the numeric code 42-257-16-37.
