WW2 Rare Battle of Britain pilot E Poole 604 sqn signed RAF cover No7 of 12. RAF Little Rissington cover flown by Varsity comm. 60th ann Central Flying School. Poole served with 604 Squadron throughout the Battle of Britain and was credited with damaging two enemy aircraft, one at night. Sergeant Eric L. R. Poole joined the R. A. F. as an apprentice when he was 16. He later flew with No 604 Squadron in Blenheim's during the Battle of Britain. He attained the rank of Flying Officer. Good condition.
