Coalport bone china 'Batwing' pattern tea set, with the distinctive cobalt blue, gilt and floral decoration. Includes 2x square handled cake plates, oval handled plate, 3x teacups and saucers, 6x coffee cups and saucers, milk creamer and 9x further saucers.
1. Oval serving platter - central gilt motif faded, ever so slight wear to gilding around rim, small old fleabite underside of one wing handle.
2. Square serving plates - one has light glaze crazing, along with some fine surface hairs on the underside of the rim but these do not go through to the top edge. The other is slightly more crazed with some light fat staining.
3. Stack of saucers - no damage but some light glaze crazing predominantly on the undersides, along with a couple with some light staining.
4. 3x larger teacups and saucers - Light wear, odd stain spot and crazing in the plain white.
5. Creamer - some staining inside.
6. x6 coffee cans and saucers - good condition with light wear but minimal staining and crazing.
