Dial - crude chip repair at the seven/eight position and hairlines.
Glass - surface marks.
Hands - not matching, surface marks.
Case - surface corrosion present.
Crown - adjusting, the subsidiary date hand not advancing and quick set date button missing, the other quick set buttons are present and appear to operate.
