An early 20c American mantel clock by Waterbury in English chinoiserie lacquered case, the single train movement having a lever escapement and open main spring. The silvered 9cm diam. dial has arabic numerals and the case is of black lacquer with gilt and red designs and stands 16cm tall overall.
Movement is missing its case fixing screws but seems otherwise complete but in need of attention. The lacquer on the case is rubbed and faded and the paint on the case back has bubbled.
