Star Lot: A wonderful 1981 oil on board painting. Features an Irish rural landscape with figures and flock of sheep. Rendered in a subdued and misty palette with lilac hues, warm ochres, dusty olive greens and streaks of white with dabs of red. Portrays gestural brushstrokes with visible marks and layered detailing. Signed 'Ian Harrison' and dated. Housed in an elaborate gilt frame.
MM: 66 x 56 cm including frame.
