A French ebonised portico mantel clock, late 19th century The 3.5in gilt metal repousse dial with applied Roman numerals, the two train movement striking on a bell, the case raised on four gilt capped barley twist columns, the wavy cornice and stepped plinth with bracket feet both gadrooned and adorned with a boxwood floral frieze and stringing, resting on an ebonised stand fitted with glass dome. 43cm high (dome 49cm high)
