Purchased items must be collected on the day of the auction or during standard collection hours of 10:00am–5:00pm in the days immediately following, no later than the Monday after the auction unless otherwise agreed with QC Auctions. Please note that storage fees may apply to any items not collected within this timeframe. Buyers arranging third-party collection or courier services do so entirely at their own risk, and QC Auctions Ltd accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or delays once items have been released.
