RARE 1d BLACK COVER WITH MANCHESTER PRICES CURRENT PRINTED CONTENTS; 10 Oct. 1840 EL with "Corn Exchange, MANCHESTER" lists of grain prices sent from "M. TRUEMAN" in "MANCHESTER" (v. fine cds nicely placed on top flap to St. Ives with a 4m (close to v. wide) 1d Black (Plate 4 - RD) seemingly tied by a messy but light orange-red Manchester Maltese Cross.
