The gemstones are diamond, emerald, amethyst, ruby, emerald, sapphire, topaz, forming acrostically 'DEAREST'. There is moderate wear and scratches to metal and stones, with notable wear and scratches to emeralds. There is evidence of replacement band, with thinning of band to reverse. There is moderate wear to setting, with stones secure. This is a UK ring size O1/2, weighs in total 2.4g.
